Terms of Service
Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the sale of game sessions offered by Tendrel through the tendrel.app website.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros including all taxes. Tendrel reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time; sessions are billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is made online by credit card at the time of session purchase. The session is activated upon payment confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent. By purchasing a session, you agree that it will be immediately accessible and waive your right of withdrawal.
Liability
Tendrel is committed to providing a service consistent with its description. In case of malfunction preventing a session from running properly, a credit or refund may be offered after review of the situation.
Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of Tendrel's registered office, in accordance with French law.
